Fencing Recommendation

Well, the 35 mph winds the last few days have really done a number on my aging front fence, which was already in need of an upgrade, anyway.

I'd appreciate it if anyone can recommend a good contractor or other source that meets the following criteria:

-Able to service Pensinula area (San Mateo, specifically)

-Can build good fences

-Experience with horizontal board or 'Eichler fencing' styles

-Able to do some light concrete work also a plus, although not a must

Oh, if anyone has any experience with ipe-based fences, I'd be interested in hearing about that too.
