Homeowners coverage - how much per sq.foot?

Hello,
I have an Eichler in Lucas Valley which was extensivley renoviated by the previous owners with the highest level of quality, attention to detail and adherence to archtectual integrity.
I am reviewing my homeowners policy in the wake of the recent fires and want to be fully, if not over, insured to be able to re-create a similar home in the event of a catastrophe.
Is $600 a square foot (my agent's recommendation given my perspective) a good amount to rebuild with the highest of standards?
