Mailing list for Fairglen (San Jose) neighborhood?

The latest newsletter for the Fairglen (San Jose Willow Glen) neighborhood says there's a Yahoo mailing list for the neighborhood. I can't find it on Yahoo, and the subscribe mailing address given in the newsletter comes back as an invalid e-mail address.

Can some one tell me how to get onto the mailing list?
