MCM Signpost?

We live on a private cul de sac of 3 Eichlers, all similar designs.
On the street entrance, we have a simple steel girder w/ house numbers designated by stickers. We want to replace it to make it more visible. One of the owners suggested a signpost that's more geared toward East Coast cottage style. (They are not keen on the MCM aesthetic.)
I'd like to maintain the Eichler aesthetic and was wondering if anyone here has some suggestions. I'm even open to a custom design.
