Need Eichler Garage Door Specialist in Marin

Sorry if this topic has been around here before, but I searched for a while and couldn't find.

My garage doors work fine (they are the original side to side), however, a piece of metal on the bottom track scrapes the front of the garage door when ever it opens/closes - and leaves a scrape mark that is visible. I have noticed many eichlers in the neighborhood with the same issue. However, some don't have it!

Does anyone have recommendation of someone who can repair? Or if you think a semi-useless guy with some tools like myself can do something, I'd love some advice before I go tinkering on my own. Please send recommendations directly to: craig.d.albers AT gmail.com. Thanks.
