Recommendations for concrete floor finishing, Bay Area?

We're looking to rip up carpet and tile in our Sunnyvale Eichler and finish the concrete floors, either overlay or polishing. Could anyone recommend a contractor? We have one estimate in hand, but are hoping to get at least one or two more.
