under slab sewer leak

Has anyone out there had a break in a sewer pipe under the slab and the subsequent repair? We had the camera inspection done (due to backups )and it shows a nice hole/break in our pipe,. convienently located under the kitchen cabinet. This means,hopefuly, not disturbing the radiant floor heat, BUT removing cabinent, countertop etc. Has anyone had this problem and has your homeowners insurance covered any of it? My insurance company said it's a maintence issue and they NEVER cover that. I hate the word never, almost as much as a jackhammer in my kithcen!
