New 2024 ‘Home Maintenance Directory’ now en route to all Bay Area Eichler homes

Ongaro's experience working with Eichler homes, Nick says, lays the groundwork "to preserve the look and feeling of the home, but also provide a modern‐day solution."

Another newcomer to the Network's Preferred Service Company roster is Wright Architecture, led by sisters Heather Wright Foye and Megan Wright Matthews. Their firm, also based in Marin, is built upon the principles of thoughtfulness, collaboration, creative problem‐solving, open‐mindedness, and sustainability.

"It's about making sure that everything we do is done with care, love, and joy," says Megan, who lives in a Terra Linda Eichler. "We are dedicated to preserving the Eichler look. Even our office is constructed much like an Eichler, and it's from that era. So we live it."

Ongaro and Wright are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Many more skilled companies are profiled and listed in the new 2024 Directory. We also would like to believe that Joe Eichler himself would give his nod of approval for the companies we feature. Look for the floating head of Joe at the new Directory's centerspread, where he playfully chimes in: "These folks know their stuff !"

Since 1993, the Eichler Network has been the 'go‐to' for homeowners looking for knowledgeable service professionals and is the reason the company has become a trusted resource backed by an ever‐expanding roster of reliable Preferred Service Companies.

The Eichler Network's motto, 'living the mid‐century modern way,' means living your very best life, and keeping your home operating at its best. We hope that the new Directory will provide access to quality service companies who will help to accomplish just that.

To expand and improve the Network's Preferred Service Company roster for future Directories, "We would love to hear from Eichler owners who can suggest top‐quality additions," comments Arbunich. "Let us know about your positive experiences with service companies, and we in turn will try to recognize them, and let others know. Strengthening our roster is a good thing for all involved."
