digital thermostat for radiant heat

Hi,

We just replaced our thermometer that is outside the master bedroom with a digital one and while it does tell us how cold it is inside the house it does not seem to be activating the radiant heat at all! Any thoughts?

We have a blue and a white wire (no red)
Choices on digital are G,Y, W, RH, RC, B, O.
Should the blue be to RH and the white to W?

Could be you have the wrong kind of thermostat? Check out the following earlier post:

is your thermostat heater only or for AC / heat? Do you have heat only or AC?

is it the correct voltage (most normal houses are 12V or something like that. Many eichlers are line voltage = 120V)?
