Dual Pane, Low Emissivity Windows and Sliding Glass Doors

We are in the process of putting a basement under our Eichler, which was built in 1969. Our house is an MS-134R, a double-hipped gable model (roofs that are parallel to the street) with a center atrium.

We replaced every exterior glass window and all eight sliding glass door in our Eichler in 2002. As we are adding a basement, we will not need all of these windows and sliding glass doors. The Milgard windows and sliding glass doors contain excellent, high performance glass (low emissivity) and have thin aluminum frames. There are triangular windows in the gable ends that allow light into the house and have cut the heat and eliminated fading (from UV).

I have all the original documentation from the 2002 windows and and send the details to you.

If you would like to reduce the thermal heat gain and loss, and enjoy a much, much quieter Eichler then contact me via e-mail and we can discuss the feasibility of putting the windows and sliding glass doors in your Eichler.

Please put 'Eichler Windows' in the subject line and send an e-mail to:
