Exterior Needs a New Coat of Paint-Painter Recommendations?

Sadly, the exterior of our Eichler has been poorly painted over the years. We would appreciate any recommendations for painters who have a fine eye for detail and the stamina to complete all of the necessary prep work (mostly sanding between panels of siding and removing blistering, chipping paint). We would like to hire someone who has experience (and a talent for) painting Eichlers. We welcome any advice and positive experiences from our fellow Eichler owners.
