How seal garage floor?

Has anyone sealed their garage floor to eliminate/prevent moisture problems?

What do you use to disinfect the concrete that is ok to seal over?

What materials are recommended to seal the floor (i.e. epoxy or just waterproof primer and then a seal coat)?

Who installs garage floor coatings if we decide that we don't want to do this ourselves?

I had hired a contractor to sand blast my floor to remove the old sealer and grease. After the old sealer , I apply a concrete sealer that i bought at Home depot. It was very easy to apply with a paint roller. Do no use paint even expoy paint cos the paint will peal if you park your car inside the garage.

Have you looked at the new garage floor tiles. They are supposed to hold up to moisture, oil and solvents.

They snap together for easy installation. Even available in different colors.
