Is it possible to replace casters on sliding patio door?

Our sliding patio door is difficult to slide. We believe the casters or bearings that help it glide are worn out. Where can we get the parts to repair the door? Or can they be replaced? :)

I just went in the phone book, either under Door or Window repair and found someone who repaired sliding glass doors, they still had the parts for old doors, although they suggested replacing the whole door.
