List of Concord, CA Eichler addresses

I'm trying to search for exactly where the Eichler homes in Concord, CA are located.. but not having any luck in my google search.. does anyone have a list of the developments?

The Concord development that I live in is between Clayton and Cowell Rd. with the cross street Babel Ln. There is another area North East of us. Off of West St. between Clayton Rd. and Concord Blvd.
