Lucky Grocery

Hi,
Wondering if anyone has any information about the Lucky Grocery store
in San Anselmo/Fairfax area. I know it was closed. Trying to do some research on where exactly it was located (cross streets) and who designed it.
I kinda remember it when I was young and thought it was a cool modern
building.
Any help greatly appreciated.
