Plumber/Leak Detection

I live in a Concord Cowell Park Eichler. It looks like we will have to repipe the cold water. We did the hotwater five years ago. The plumber we used is retired. Does anyone have a recommendation for the Central Contra Costa County? Looking for a plumber familiar with Eichlers.
