Sources for front door escutcheon

I'm looking for an Eichler reproduction or vintage front door escutcheon like shown here: https://www.eichlerforsale.com/eichler-door-kit/. The website states that Jonathan no longer sells these kits, and I have not been able to find another source online. Does anyone know of anyone still making reproductions today?
