Toe Kicks Required?

For those of you who have Ikea kitchens...

Has anyone used base cabinets WITHOUT toe kicks next to a dishwasher?

Wondering if it will look ok to use the aluminum legs on the cabinets surrounding the dishwasher?

Concerns - the dw will of course go all the way to the floor on the front, but the 'sides' underneath will be exposed. Is this a problem?

Thanks.

almost any of the ikea cabs can be installed with aluminum legs INSTEAD of plinth (toe kicks)
but you have to specify this ahead of time
we are planning to use capita aluminum legs - since i wrote the post i saw an 'example' kitchen at ikea where yes, they have the aluminum legs on the cabinets adjacent to the dishwasher - doesn't appear to be a problem
