Is this the asbestos floor tile?

Can anyone tell from the below picture if this is the original vinyl cork tile that is made with asbestos, I beleive it is just wanted confirmation. It has carpet above it but the carpet needs to go, anyone have any affordable flooring ideas that take into consideration the asbestos tiles under the current carpet?

Yes, it defiatelly is, we had the exact same tile. Just to give you an idea about abatement costs, we paid approx $3,500 for getting rid of it from the whole house.

Thanks EichlerLA, can you refer me to the people that did you'rs if you where happy with it of course. Also what was under it once removed was it the slab that could be polished and used as the floor?
