Eichler Demo in Ladera :(

I went to the sale and talked with the salvage company. The house is not being torn down but is being gutted for a remodel. All of the old fixes and additions needed sorting. So, not as dire as it sounded at first.

I did score some paneling to replace the painted panels in our house.
