Eichler "LIFE House" by Pietro Belluschi

Does anybody have a floorplan for the "LIFE House"?  It was a multi-level Eichler built for LIFE magazine.  I've only been able to find one picture of the inside.  There is an article about it here: http://www.eichlernetwork.com/article/life-house
