I have a 1963 ranch. Not an Eichler, but similar. My vertical grooved appearing siding isn’t really grooved siding. It is 7½” wide, 3/8” thick thin boards laid 1 ½” apart on top of plywood sheets, giving a grooved siding appearance. The boards appear to be rough cut, with wood texture still showing through layers of paint. Supposedly some Eichlers have this siding.

Some of mine need replacing. Any idea of a source of such boards?
