The Eichler Network is careful about the participating companies we bring aboard. Companies are invited to participate only after being scrutinized through a comprehensive and impartial vetting process. In addition, they must exhibit a satisfactory record of providing quality service and be in good standing with both the Better Business Bureau and the Contractors State License Board.
However, the vigilance and cooperation of the homeowners is invaluable in the process of monitoring these companies. We encourage homeowners to report directly to us any complaints (and praise, for that matter) tied to any of our participating service companies. This process is one of the few ways available to us for appraising the performance of these service companies on an ongoing basis, and make proper adjustments, if necessary.
In addition, for the past decade the Eichler Network has offered a gratis service to our homeowner base for us to intervene and assist with the facilitation of legitimate complaints between them and our participating service companies. When there is a complaint, and especially one that requires resolution, we request that homeowners provide us detailed information regarding the complaint in writing via e-mail or regular mail. The Eichler Network staff will proceed to seek resolution, in the best way it can, and log the complaint in our file of the service company. Through this process, we reinforce our commitment to maintain a high level of quality of service and customer satisfaction for everyone involved.
