HELP!! My living-room sliding glass door is frozen solid...won't budge at all. I saw an ad [here] for the A-1 Door service and will call them...I'm concerned they will say we only do the doors and yours is a construction problem..If they do where do I go next?? I wondered if anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it. :(

Hi Yo yo,
Don't freak out, the frozen Eichler door is usually the result of damaged/failed rollers, or the aluminum guide that they rest on. (growing up in the highlands, we always had one of those doors in the house that did not work properly)I am working in the Highlands at 4 sites, and while I generally don't do these types of repairs, I can stop by and confirm this. A-1 is really the best outfit around that does these types of repairs, and they usually carry the hardware on their vans to repair them. Check out my website and give me a call, if you want.
