Hydronic floor leak

I had a leak in a hydronic heat line. The tubing was backfilled with san instead of concrete so there 10 gallons of 30% proplene glycol absorbed into sand. Where we exavated to expose leak the sand was removed and the plywood sub floor has dried out but I am worried that we could get mold at a later date where the glycol infused sand remains.

Sounds like a pickle. You need more than homeowner input. Try our "Service Directory" for a radiant pro.
