ISO: original or original-looking exterior sconce and interior lights

I'm looking for some replacement lighting fixtures to restore our pad, as depicted in this photo -- hoping you may have leads:

[A] The first is an original or original-looking half-cylinder wall sconce, flush mounted to the wall -- for the entryway. Not sure what company made the original fixtures. Anyone have a source or lead for one of these? UltraLights used to make something that sort of approximated the original fixture, but they evidently no longer produce it.

[B] The second is the original lantern-shaped interior light that was made by Lightolier -- looking for both flush and the hanging pendant versions.
