Regarding the cost of the cabinets, the answer is: plenty. More than imported Italian cabinets like Scavolini. But they are worth it, and I think they are better quality (Scavolini cabinets use a lot of particle board, these use high-grade multi-ply plywood -- up to 9-ply -- faced with maple.
