I tried searching and couldn't find anything. I was wondering if anybody knew how many different models are located in Sunnyvale?
I was also wondering what the main difference is in the 2 different atriums?

I don't know how many models there are in your tract but I think I know a little bit about 2 of the atrium models which are supposedly located there.
One is Plan 1544
4 bed, 2 baths, multi-purpose room, atrium, single garage plus carport
Living Area 1741 sq ft, Atrium 448 sq ft, Carport 200 sq ft, Garage 303 sq ft
This design has, from front to back on one side: garage, then multipurpose room, then dining room. The 2 side and back walls form an inverted U.
Other is Plan 4
4 bed, 2 baths, multi-purpose room, atrium, double garage
Living area 1764 sq ft, Atrium 434 Sq ft, Garage 450 sq ft
This design has, from front to back on one side: garage, multipurpose room (kitchen beside it), small patio area. The side and back walls form an inverted U with a chunk out of one back corner where the small patio is located.
