Seeking original globes, swing-out counter, etc.

Welcome and congratulations on your new home!

Details of the Eichler homes varied over time and between tracts. It would probably be helpful to indicate where you are located--you might even find neighbors on this board.

What can you tell us about your home--style, materials, etc? Are your ceilings stained or painted? What do your hanging lights look like? There were several interior color palettes--do you have a brown speckled, grey speckled, or stained mahogany kitchen?

You will find lots of opinions and experience on this board, don't be shy in asking questions. Lots of us have really benefited from others' advice over the years and are happy to add what we've learned. I'm looking forward to hearing more about your new home. Best of luck on your move.

I just bought an Eichler! The movers come tomorrow and I am very excited.

The home is in nearly original shape and I am interested in restoring it to its former self. Will you please contact me if you have any globe lights, outdoor aluminum (?) fixtures, "pod" lights, original front door light fixture (I have no reference for what this might be), closet doors, and/or just about anything else you are disposing of or selling?

I am particularly looking for the "swing out" portion of the kitchen counter.
