Anyone have one of these? Do they work when the humidity rises? Do you like it? Do you mind sharing cost info. with me? What kind, brand, size, type would I need for our Walnut Creek house of 2100 square feet? Also who installs these? (Thanks for putting up with all my questions!!) Susan

Walnut Creek is pretty hot isn't it. You may want to jump right to researching mini-split systems.
