VCT Flooring

I have an existing VCT floor in our home and it is in desperate need of stripping and refinishing. Does anyone have any advice on a good process and/or products to use to get the best results? Thanks for the advice.

Any commercial cleaning products will work. You'll need to strip it, clean it and seal it again. I use 3-4 coats of 3Ms Cornerstone for the top coat. Steer clear of products for "no-wax" floors.
You could also hire a commercial maintenance crew to do it. However, they'll need all your furniture removed all at one time and will use a machine that will bang up your baseboards.
