Warning! Abel Roofing out of business!

I was already suspicious when last fall I saw 'Abril roofing' flyers and samples which looked very similar to the 'Able roofing' flyers I had seen before...

Anyone that got an Able roof in the last 10 years theoretically has some time left on their 10 year warranty. Will Abril honor Able's warranty? Please let us know what you find out.
