Agile Eichler Renovation -- Architect recommendation

  • I've owned an Eichler for 19 years and am faced with a near 100% renovation (as nearly everything is still original).
  • I'm a software developer and am much more comfortable approaching this project in an "agile" fashion (i.e., incremental stages, vs. moving out for a year+ to engage in a monolithic effort).
  • It is likely I will sell the house in the next 2-5 years and would like to prep for this sale.
  • For these reasons, I'd like to approach the rennovation in an incremental fashion. I'm looking for recommendations regarding an architect or designer who will work in this fashion.

For example, in a first phase, I'd like replace the roof. This entails many considerations related to electrical upgrades (new junction boxes, circuits, grounding, recessed lighting), prep for solar, plumbing considerations, etc.
As one example, I do not want or need solar but would like to stub up conduit to make solar easily available for the potential buyer. The same would go for electrical options for a potenail kitchen renovation, potential reloaction of washer/dryer etc.
I have put together a rather comprehensive document which outlines my aesthetic and does have a north star which would help guide designs for the proposed first phase of the project.
I am aware that this incremental approach does invite inefficiencies in terms of both time and budget relative to approaching the full renovation in one effort but I prefer the flexibility it provides.
I'm seeking a recommendation regarding an architect or designer (or contractor?) with Eichler experience who would be willing to work in this fashion. I'm quite busy so would also be open to project management help.
For any interested, I can point you toward documentation where I've tried to summarize the over-arching proposal and the various phases.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks!
Beyond service company recos, I'm also open to suggestions as to why this approach is misguided (I'm sure some will advise that!) or related experiences. Also happy to provide email if useful.
