Hi all! We are from Phoenix and are hitting the 2006 SF AIA home tour and Dwell Conference. Another relaxing weekend of Architecture overload for the Danleys! I know that we would like to stay in downtown SF but love MCM and new modernism. Any cool hotels there at no more than 275 per night that you guys could reccommend? Also, we will have a rental car so we would love to check out some of the Eichlers. I've been told it is a reasonable drive from SF. Do any of you have maps of such neighborhoods. I will offer out a similar map for anyone interested in Phoenix MCM architecture in case anyone heads to AZ!

Thanks everyone for all of the e-mails and suggestions. We're going to be staying at the Hotel Diva in Union Square. Looks to be a hip place! Hope to head to Marin and check out some of your Eichlers in SF! Keep the feedback coming.

Thanks again,

The Danleys :)
