Greetings,

Is there any other home builders (1950's to present) in the SF bay area that has the same style/vision as Joseph Eichler?

If yes, can someone please give the location of the likeler homes.

I saw the ones in Fremont, CA from someones' post here.

Ji,

You can problay find quite a number of Eichler/Neutra/mid-century style homes and architects around. The issue is that most of these will be in the multi-million dollar class and in areas such has Atherton and Los Altos Hills.

One newly built lower-end example can be found at Sage Ct in Sunnyvale, designed by D Guy Ayers (Los Altos architect).
Very nice "Eichler revival" example.

Yes, I'm interested in affordable homes not the ones in the million $$ range.
