Lanai doors?
We're thinking of re-doing our back patio areas. To help open up the rooms more, I was thinking of maybe installing lanai style folding doors. Replacing current sliding doors, and also some of the large fixed windows.
I was wondering if anyone has done this, and what your experiences or problems may have been.
BTW, I'm not sure what our model is called. But it's one of the smaller non-atrium, non-courtyard style models. But we do have a lot of glass facing back.

Just to clarify. By Lanai style door, I'm talking about doors that fold out to just one side. Unlike french doors that open to both sides.
So for a span that has window-post-sliding door. Using french doors, will leave two doors stuck to the post in the middle. By using Lanai style doors, I can leave that post relatively simple.
