Mid-Century in Maryland

Three years ago we sold our Walnut Creek, CA Eichler and moved to Maryland. Never thought I'd see another mid-century home. Then this went on the market in our area. See link. Anyone have any idea who might have built this out here in 1971? Notice it's listed as a "rancher." Shesh ...

The wife doesn't want to move again. But I'm thinking ... and plotting ... :-)
