Hi!

I am an EastBay eichler owner wanting to know if Abril/JMT Mechanical are the only options for redoing air/heat and roof in a streamlined way. Are there any other companies I can contact for comparison?

If you have had this work done can you let me know if you were pleased with the workmanship and what pitfalls need to be avoided.

Your question is a bit vague to me. Since you said "streamlined", are you asking about the Unico system which has flat ducts (for high velocity air flow) under a foam roof??
