Any other Charleston Meadows (Palo Alto) Eichler people?

Hello everyone.

My family just bought a very well cared for Eichler on Park Blvd. We're very happy to be moving to the area, and wonder if anyone in the Lounge would offer some history, lore, advice, etc. to living here.

Looks like we're going to be investing in some double-paned glass very soon. Caltrain crosses 74 times a weekday. But our young boys will love it. :)
