Castro Valley Eichler Neighborhood Locations

Hello,
I have an Eichler in Walnut Creek, but would like to check out some of the Eichlers in Castro Valley, could I get directions? Also for the Eichlers in Oakland... Is there a source that lists the neighborhoods with directions?

The Castro Valley Eichlers are on/around Greenridge Rd. at Crow Canyon Road:
