radiant heat repair

Who has had recent favorable experience with hydronic heating service, please?  I'd just as soon deal locally.  Boiler's fine and fairly new; no need to replace it.  Rather, want someone completely familiar with the slab piping and valve systems on Eicher houses.  Problem: with all valves open, some rooms warm up just fine; others stay stone cold.  I'd appreciate your recommendations.
