Security during termite fumigation
Sigh, we've got termites. Still love our Eichler but will love it more once the unwelcome houseguests are gone.
1. During tenting, the third day is for ventilation after the fumigation. With all the screen doors open for ventilation ... what have you guys done for security? We figure that Eichler owners must have to deal with this issue and have some solutions. (Yes, unfortunately, the house is occupied.)
2. If you had a positive or negative experience with a termite company, please let us know too.
3. We also just learned that the company we were thinking of using, subcontracts out and we are a little wary. Is this common?

FYI - we recently had our house tented, and we found a security company to watch our house during the process. This is not as easy as it may sound - many security companies don't want to deal with small jobs, one time jobs or even residential jobs. If you're intrested, I'll email you the name of the company (I believe it's not appropriate to advertise a company directly on this chat board.).
