foam roof and solar panels

Hi All,
I just ordered some hot water solar panels for my Eichler home pool....nobody can swim in it except me cuz it's too cold.
Anyway, I just bought some long flexible passive solar collectors for my roof. The panels are big and long. My Eichler roof has about 4 to 6 inches of hard foam insulation on it (painted with small size gravel).
My question, how do you mount the collectors so they are anchored to the roof.
I see solar panels like these all over my neighborhood. Nnobody that i've talked too did the installation or knows how they are anchored.
It can get very windy where I live...so I need a secure solution.
I need to get down to the wooded roof and thru the foam. Any systems or suggestions are welcome.
